1. Introduction

At Foam Republic™, we are committed to supplying quality automotive cleaning products and providing a fair, transparent returns process.

This Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy applies to purchases made through our South African online store, including:

• Foam Republic™ Snow Foam Gun

• Foam Republic™ Car Wash Value Bundle

• Foam Republic™ Premium Car Wash Pro Bundle

• Other automotive cleaning accessories sold by Foam Republic™

This policy is governed by applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA").

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period for Online Purchases

Under section 44 of ECTA, customers who enter into qualifying electronic transactions generally have the right to cancel their purchase without giving a reason within seven calendar days after receiving the goods.

Where this statutory right applies:

• You may notify Foam Republic™ of your decision to cancel within the seven-day period.

• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

• No cancellation penalty or restocking fee will be charged.

• We will provide the refund required by ECTA within 30 days of the valid cancellation.

• We may request the return of the goods and reasonable information necessary to identify and process the order.

We recommend returning products unused, complete and in their original packaging wherever possible.

Customers should take reasonable care of products while they are in their possession.

We reserve the right to investigate missing items, damage or misuse and pursue any remedy lawfully available to us. However, we will not
