Bundle contents may change for future offerings, but the description displayed at the time of purchase will govern the order, subject to applicable law.

Bundle returns, refunds and defective components are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy and applicable legislation.

6. Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise indicated.

Product prices may change without prior notice for future purchases.

The price applicable to an order is the price properly disclosed and agreed to during checkout, subject to applicable law.

Any applicable VAT, delivery charges and other mandatory fees will be disclosed in accordance with South African law before the order is finalised.

We do not charge customers undisclosed mandatory fees.

Promotional pricing is valid only for the stated promotional period and subject to the advertised conditions.

We reserve the right to correct genuine website pricing or description errors, subject to the CPA and other applicable laws.

Where a material error affects an order, we will notify the customer and explain the lawful options available, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

We will not automatically charge an increased price without the customer's agreement.

7. Orders and Acceptance

An acknowledgement confirms that the order has been received and does not necessarily confirm that it has been accepted for fulfilment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If incorrect information causes delivery problems, we may request payment of reasonable additional costs to the extent permitted by law.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed as binding delivery dates.

We remain responsible for meeting our statutory delivery obligations.

Unless a different period is agreed, orders must be fulfilled within the period required by ECTA.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled within the agreed or legally applicable period, customers may exercise the cancellation rights available under applicable law.

If products become unavailable, we will notify affected customers and issue refunds as required by law.

Risk of loss or damage will transfer in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

We do not transfer statutory delivery risk to customers merely because an order has been handed to a courier.

10. Order Tracking and Delivery Issues

Where tracking information is available, it may be provided by email, SMS or through our website.

Customers should contact us if:

  • A parcel appears lost.

  • An order is delivered to the incorrect address.

  • Products arrive damaged.

Any investigation will be conducted without unlawfully restricting statutory remedies.

Qualifying online purchases may be subject to the seven-day cooling-off right under section 44 of ECTA.

Customers also retain statutory rights relating to defective, unsafe or non-compliant products under the CPA.

Where section 56 of the CPA applies, qualifying defective products are subject to the statutory six-month implied warranty.

Nothing in these Terms removes a customer's statutory right to choose an available repair, replacement or refund.

12. Product Use and Safety

Customers should:

  • Check connection and equipment compatibility.

  • Avoid excessive force or improper installation.

  • Test cleaning accessories on an inconspicuous area where appropriate.

  • Follow vehicle manufacturer recommendations.

  • Use appropriate care when handling cleaning chemicals.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT SAFETY NOTICE

Incorrect use of cleaning accessories, unsuitable chemicals, incompatible fittings or improper cleaning techniques may cause injury or damage to a vehicle or other property.

Customers should exercise reasonable care and follow all applicable safety instructions.

Foam Republic™ may decline warranty claims where evidence establishes that damage was caused by misuse rather than a product defect.

This notice does not exclude liability for defective or unsafe products, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All original Foam Republic™ branding, logos, graphics, product descriptions, website designs and other original content are owned by Foam Republic™ or used with appropriate permission.

The Foam Republic™ name and branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation or authorisation.

Any third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
